What is your pricing?


Here at The One Package, we only offer ONE Photo Package so you can build your brand, "Wow" your clients, and save some money in the process. What is your service area?


We service within 25 miles outside of Indianapolis Monument Circle. This includes all area within the 465 loop and most, or all, of: - Carmel - Fishers - Fountain Square - Geist - Noblesville - Westfield - Zionsville - And more!




Do you offer JUST Photography?


Simply stated, no. I belive the best value you can possibly provide for your clients is to give them a full Photo Package so they can walk away knowing you went above and beyond. The One Package includes: ✔ Interior Photos ✔ Exterior Photos ✔ Drone Photos ✔ Matterport Virtual Tours Here is the average cost of each service individually for a 2,000 sq ft home: Photos Only: $125 Drone: $100 Matterport: $150-250 I believe The One Package gives the highest level of quality and professionalism at the lowest cost possible, and achieving this is not possible by offering individual services.




Do you offer other Services?


Yes. While I will not offer JUST Photography, other services are available. What is the best way to book?

Is there a cancellation policy?


All cancellations and re-schedules must be done at least 24 hours in advanced or else they may be subject to a $40 fee.




Why do you not have any later Booking times?


Quick answer: More light = better pictures Depending on the time of the year, I cannot start a photo shoot within 1 hour of sunrise or sunset. Especially around winter time and in gloomy weather conditions it is important to not shoot close to sunset.




Do you have to be licensed in order to fly a drone?


Yes. In order to use ANY drone photos or drone videos for a client or business (including your own), you need to have a Part 107 drone license. If someone is not licensed, it is likely they also do not have liability insurance and that could mean bad news if the homeowner or neighbor wants to press charges, so always be sure to check. Do you have business insurance?


Yes. I have liability insurance up to 1 Mil and personal property insurance.




What if you cannot use the drone because of weather or restrictions?


If drone photos are not permitted due to weather (rain, wind, excessive snow, etc.) or other circumstances, the photo package may be rescheduled or the price may be reduced. Reschedules from the client must be made with at least 24 hours notice and any price reductions are solely at the discretion of the photographer.




How do you compare with your competition?


Most local real estate photographers offer each service individually and their prices are based on homes that are <2,000 sq. ft rather than the <2,500 sq. that we start at. Ranges based on 5-10 other local companies, for a 2,000 sq. ft. home: - Real Estate Images: $100-$200 (may have additional fees for more than 20 photos) - Aerial Images: $100-$250 (starting at 2 photos) - Matterport Virtual Tours: $150-$200. Full Package: Starting at $350-650. The One Package: ✔ Interior Photos ✔ Exterior Photos ✔ Drone Photos ✔ Matterport Virtual Tour Full Package: $225 for <2,500 sq. ft.
